Two hours from Athens and 40 km from Thebes there is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Corinthian Gulf and beyond. This is Saranti Beach, a picturesque village with crystal clear waters. It is suitable for all ages, for young and old, while it has nothing to envy from other seaside destinations. It has beautiful cafes next to the sea, fish taverns with fresh fish, a mini market, as well as rooms for rent. Parking for cars is not difficult to find as there are specially designed areas while the beach is absolutely safe for all bathers since no vehicle is allowed to enter it.

This little paradise, however, has something more worth noting. At the end of the village, in the location called Skefri, there is a Camping for those who prefer an alternative way of vacation. This is Camping Akti, a large and protected area. Being on the beach with crystal clear waters, it is suitable for family holidays without any fear for our little friends, as no vehicles are allowed inside the area.

It has an organized beach with comfortable sunbeds, a café-bar to enjoy a cool drink as well as many food options. There are specially designed areas for both trailers and tents with sufficient shade, while the area also includes sanitary facilities. The staff is very friendly, all of them polite and willing to serve people always with a smile.
